THE BASICS

Book direct, and these are yours.

• Book direct at polohotelsandresorts.com and these privileges are yours. Book elsewhere, and they are not.
• Early check-in and room upgrades depend on what is available when you arrive. We cannot promise them in advance, only that we will try.
• An upgrade moves you one category up, not straight to a suite or villa, unless we say otherwise.
• Cancellation follows whichever rate plan you picked. The exact policy shows up at checkout, so you know before you book.
• Best Available Rate stacks our direct price against the same room, dates, and guest count elsewhere. If we are not the best deal, something is off.
• These privileges are exclusive to your direct booking. They do not stack with other offers, corporate rates, group deals, or third-party codes unless we say so.
• We reserve the right to tweak or withdraw these privileges. Things change, and we will not always give notice.
• Taxes apply. They always do.

OUR WORD ON PRICE

We compare like for like, always.

• Same hotel, same room, same dates, same guests, same terms – rate type, currency, inclusions, cancellation policy, and payment terms all have to match.
• Coupons, loyalty points, credit card cashback, and promo codes do not count toward the comparison.
• Rates you had to call, email, or negotiate for do not qualify, and neither do corporate, contracted, or group rates.
• Bundled or package deals are their own thing and sit outside this guarantee.
• If we cannot independently verify the rate you found, we cannot honor the claim.
• One guarantee at a time. It does not combine with other promotions or offers.

An evening on the Ganges, on us.

• Stay 3 nights or more on the Ganges and we will take you out on the water. Thirty minutes, on the house.
• One ride per stay, per booking.
• We run these daily, 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM, when the weather and river agree.
• Safety comes first. Capacity limits apply, and the ride may pause without warning if conditions call for it.
• This one is a memory, not a voucher. No cash value, no transfers.

• Book one of our premium stays here and a bottle of Meghalaya's own wine is waiting for you.
• One bottle per stay, per booking, on Waterfall Pool Suite, Waterfall Deck Suite, Misty Mountain Villa, Bungalow with Private Pool, Sky Pool Villa, or Presidential Sky Pool Villa.
• You will need to be of legal drinking age, and we may ask to see ID.
• Local excise rules and availability apply. Meghalaya makes the rules on this one.
• Enjoy it during your stay. It does not travel and cannot be cashed out.
