Chairman and Whole-time Director

Kishan Tibrewalla has been associated with the company since its incorporation and holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from North-Eastern Hill University. With over 39 years of experience in hospitality, he guides the company’s strategic direction and has been recognised by the Rotary Club of Shillong for his long-standing service. He also serves as President of the Meghalaya Hindu Mission and is associated with the Institute of Hotel Management and the Paul Harris Society.

DEVAL TIBREWALLA
Whole-time Director & CEO

Deval Tibrewalla has been associated with the company since May 2006. A commerce (honours) graduate from the University of Calcutta and a Hotel Operations Programme alumnus of Ecole Hoteliere de Lausanne. He has over 19 years of experience in hospitality and leads the company’s strategic growth and overall operations.

PRASHANT GUPTA
Whole-time Director and Chief Financial Officer

Prashant Gupta has been associated with the company since January 2013 and joined the board in April 2025. A commerce graduate from St. Xavier’s College, Kolkata, with a master’s in International Finance and Professional Accounting from Deakin University, Australia, he brings over 12 years of experience and oversees the company’s financial strategy, planning, compliance, and growth.
